Princess Cake

The same weekend I made Maddie's cake I also made a princess cake. I love how this one turned out and that it was for a girl turning 18!! You're never too old to be a princess.

Madelyn turns 4!

Maddie Mo is now 4 years old. She is such a funny girl! She loves to make us laugh and give us kisses when we are sad. She came up with Lucas' nickname of Lukio. The second picture shows her true personality. Madelyn would rather have salad, broccoli, or asparagus over chicken nuggets and french fries. Life would be so boring around here without her. I am so glad she is in our family.
Every year Maddie plans her parties. She comes up with the idea and what games she wants to play. This year she decided on a princess ballerina theme. She had 9 friends come and gave them all tutus. They hunted for jewels, painted their nails, and Aubrey taught them some ballet. The girls were all so well behaved and they had a great time! That night we all went out and ate her favorite food at Sweet Tomato.

Tooth Fairy

The Tooth Fairy is going to have to take out a loan soon with all of the teeth my children have been losing lately. Isaac lost both of his top front teeth a few weeks after Christmas. Too bad he didn't lost them before Christmas so he could have asked Santa for his two front teeth.

All Dressed Up!

Balloons and Guitars!

Lucas LOVES balloons. Anytime he sees one it makes him squeal and laugh. We decided to see if he could float away in his car seat, but I guess we didn't have enough balloons. Lucas also LOVES Daddy's guitar. He will scoot or crawl his way over to Daddy anytime he brings the guitar out. He even tries to play it. I think we have a rock star on our hands!

Christmas 2010

The kids had a great Christmas this year. Lucas had fun helping me wrap presents. I think I got a little carried away and tried to wrap him too. Actually he did everything, but the bow on his head. Thanks to all the Grandparents/Great-Grandparents for the gifts. The kids loved everything they got. Santa brought the kids everything they asked for. Aubrey got a digital camera and doll bed. Isaac got two Wii games - Super Mario Brothers & Sonic and Mario at the Winter Olympics and a scooter. Madelyn some dress up shoes and some new princess dolls and he gave Lucas some new toys.

School Christmas Sing

Snow!

Polar Express

Every year we go to Grandpa and Grandma Moss' neighborhood where they let you ride on the Polar Express to see Santa. The kids love it! Even Lucas let us put him on Santa's lap.

Look who's sitting!

Lucas started sitting on his own in November, but didn't have really good balance until the beginning of December. While down in St. George for Thanksgiving he also decided to start rolling everywhere. That is how he loves to get around.

Guess that show

After our walk around Temple Square we headed over to the building where Nick works. The kids and I love going there because we get to watch KSL 5 news and this time we got to visit the set of a popular Utah morning show. Can anyone guess which one?

Choir adventure

Aubrey was able to join the school choir this year and has had a lot of fun. She was able to sing at the Joseph Smith Building in Salt Lake, participate in a concert at school, and gets to sing the National Anthem at a Flash game (minor basketball team). After her concert in Salt Lake we walked around Temple Square and looked at the lights. We also had a yummy dinner at The Lion House. The pictures aren't that great because we were all the way across the room.
