Happy Birthday Princess Maddie!

Okay so I feel like I have been in a hole for the last few months. We found out while at Disneyland in November that we were going to have another baby. From about the moment we got home I have been soooo sick. I am so behind on updating and hope that now that I am on medication (which helps me to function a little bit better) I can update this thing. I have so many pictures sitting in my camera waiting for their turn at fame. So please be patient and as I try to dig myself out of my hole and try to return to a somewhat normal life (if that is at all possible). :)

The main reason I decided to post today was to wish my baby a Happy 3rd Birthday!! I can't believe she is 3! She has brought so much joy and excitement to our lives. She has been so cute for the last few weeks planning her own birthday party (which is Princess of course and we still have to figure out a date to have it) and counting down to her birthday. I think that is when I finally realized that she is not a little baby anymore, but is now very grown-up. We love you Madelyn.

Happy 8th Birthday Aubrey and Disneyland!

I decided to add our Disney pictures to this post being that it has been so long since we went. Looking at these pictures now makes me really want to go back, but it probably won't be for a few years :(
Aubrey was so excited to turn 8 and also that she would be doing so at Disneyland. She spent the day being spoiled and being told Happy Birthday by every cast member she came across. We love you Aubrey and cannot believe you are already 8! Thanks for being such a kind, caring, loving, helpful, crazy, and adventurous daughter and sister.

Halloween

Halloween was very exciting this year (mostly because it meant we were leaving for our Disneyland vacation). On Friday I helped out in both Aubrey and Isaac's classes and was able to watch them parade around their school. Saturday morning we left for St. George and our Disneyland vacation. We went trick or treating with my parents and got lots of big candy bars (I think we will go down there every year). It was also really nice to not have to bundle up this year.

Halloween Birthday Cake!

This was a fun cake to make. You can eat everything on and in this cake. Yummy!

First Snow

All I have to say is YUCK, but the kids sure did have fun and were cute all bundled up.

Cake Demo

I was asked to do a cake demonstration for our ward's Super Saturday (a day for the women in our church to get together and learn fun stuff). I decided to teach everyone how to make marshmallow fondant and ended up making this cake for them. What do you think? I actually think it turned out pretty good. I'm no Duff (from Ace of Cakes), but it was fun

Nick is 32!
